Kinetrixa is not connected to the publisher of any game mentioned on this site, and has no access to any game account, purchase record or support system. It cannot recover an account, reverse a payment, remove a ban, or pass a message to a game publisher.
Those requests need to go to the game publisher's own support channel, reached from the publisher's own website. Where the problem is a consumer or safety matter rather than a support matter, the Australian routes are listed on the account safety page: the ACCC for consumer law, Scamwatch for scams, the eSafety Commissioner for serious online abuse, and the Australian Cyber Security Centre for cybercrime.
